Service Description

Kids Kung Fu martial arts ages 6-12. Thursdays at 6PM, this class will be held at the Kung Fu Regina Training Centre, at 1813 Halifax Street. Register through this website. Fun, fitness & focus! Developing strong bodies is complemented with the learning of manners, focus and social skills. This is key during these critical developmental years. Along with a variety of foundational Kung Fu skills, we’ll also cover some anti-bullying tactics and basic street-smart self-defense. Required: clean, indoor-only runners.
