Kids Kung Fu martial arts ages 6-12. Sundays at noon, this class will be held at Glencairn Rec Centre, 2626 Dewdney Ave E. This 10-week course starts January 19. Developing strong bodies is complemented with the learning of manners, focus and social skills. This is key during these critical developmental years. Along with a variety of foundational Kung Fu skills, we’ll also cover some anti-bullying tactics and basic street-smart self-defense. Required: clean, indoor-only runners.
