Kids Kung Fu martial arts ages 6-12. Mondays at 6PM, this class will be held at Eastview Community Centre, 615 6th Ave. This 10-week course starts February 3. Registration is through the Eastview Community Association: https://www.eastviewregina.com/programming. Fun, fitness & focus! Developing strong bodies is complemented with the learning of manners, focus and social skills. This is key during these critical developmental years. Along with a variety of foundational Kung Fu skills, we’ll also cover some anti-bullying tactics and basic street-smart self-defense. Required: clean, indoor-only runners.
